These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Collection application. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms.
1. Permitted Use
The platform is provided for lawful school collection administration, payment tracking, reporting, and related operational purposes. Users must use the system only within authorized account roles and permissions.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities performed under their accounts. Account owners are responsible for managing access granted to staff and sub-users.
3. Data Accuracy
Users must ensure that collection details, payment records, student information, and uploaded documents entered into the system are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the intended operational use.
4. Payment Gateway Use
Where third-party payment gateways are connected, the school is responsible for its own gateway account, onboarding, compliance, settlement, and fund handling. The platform only facilitates workflow integration and record management.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, upload unlawful content, or use the system in a manner that harms the service, other users, or affected individuals.
6. Service Availability
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party providers, or technical issues. The platform may be modified, suspended, or improved as needed to maintain reliability and security.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. The platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service use, interruption, or third-party provider issues.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where there is misuse, breach of these terms, security risk, or non-compliance with applicable requirements.
